The Shabbona Middle School Library is a quiet, working place for students and teachers. Library materials are available for all students and teachers to use. With this in mind it is important to respect the policies of our school library.

• Students may check out two books for two weeks
• Two magazines may be checked out for one week
• Late items will not be fined, however, students may not check out library items until overdue materials are returned
• If a student loses a library item or if an item is damaged, it will need to be paid for.
• The student cannot check out materials until the lost or damaged item is cleared.
